Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During holidays, sales, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Since we ship worldwide, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

• United States: 5–12 business days
• International Orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that delays caused by customs, weather, or shipping carriers are outside of our control.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
